Trademark Lawsuit over Use of Google AdWords

U.S.-based Interflora and its UK trading arm have filed a lawsuit against British retailer Marks & Spencer and flower delivery service Flowers Direct Online. The suit alleges that both companies have breached UK trademark laws by bidding on its brand name and related, albeit misspelled, variations to create sponsored links using the Google AdWords program.
