Google commerce search cashes in on Christmas
November 5, 2009 by admin · Leave a Comment
Google’s Commerce Search has an eye on scooping up some of the Christmas cash by offering online retailers a search service aimed at helping shoppers. The additional service will be geared to helping direct shoppers to the retail goods they are hunting for with the help of functions such as allowing people to search by category, price, brand or other attributes or offering them a related items search. Hosted in the cloud, the service aims to be quick and easy for retailers to implement - and its cloudy location means that traffic spikes should be easily dealt with.
